Swap it
- Halloumi → paneer, same weight.
- Sourdough → any seeded or rye sourdough.
Method
- Fry the halloumi in the chilli oil until golden on both sides.
- Toast the sourdough.
- Mash the avocado with the tomatoes, salt, pepper and chilli flakes, and spread over the toast.
- Lay the halloumi on top and finish with a drizzle of honey.
